HOW TO WEAR: Summer Skirts

Skirts have come a long way since the 1980's. And thank goodness! Who would want to be caught wearing a poofy, lace mini-skirt? Now the trend is more subtle and consistent. Skirts usually come in three different styles: A-line, pencil, or tulip.

The A-line skirt is great for all body types. It provides room for comfortable walking strides and dancing steps. It also makes the hips look slimmer and hides any tummy concerns. The pencil skirt is great for someone taller with a straight down figure. This type of skirt will hug the body and will create the illusion of curves.
